How long is this going to continue?

Once I begin thinking that the whole ordeal with my financial crap is over I get an email saying that it is not. Apparently Citibank has not received the signed promissory note for the loan I applied for. Now, I believe that I signed that note electronically when I filled out the application. My father, the cosigner, said that Citibank was going to send him the promissory note so that he could sign it. Now I don't know what is going on here but this is getting rediculus. I mean really. What more am I supposed to do in order to fix this? Hopefully I can get this cleared up in a day or two if not there will probably be a raging Alaina on the lose and that won't be pleasant for anyone most of all the loan people at Citibank.
